Brian Goodlad, Managing Director of HTES Northern Limited
Brian established the company in 2010 after working at a high level within the Engineering sector. He comes from a strong background of training in both construction and engineering and has a wealth of experience in health and safety. Brian has numerous accreditations and is passionate about providing the highest quality training for all companies he works with.
Lisa Coggin , Regional Manager HTES Northern Limited
Lisa has worked in both high level Sales management and business development along with a wealth of experience in the recruitment field. She joined the company early in 2011 to build on an already successful recruitment department and support the development of the business. With a passion for quality and a keen eye for business development Lisa has witnessed the company build strong foundations.
Ashley Coggin, Training Co-ordinator
In 2012 Ashley joined the company within the training sector of the business and has built a good knowledge of training. Ashley works in the sales side of the business, speaking to clients on a daily basis, building a good client base of both new and existing companies. Her role is to develop new business and support any companies through the booking process giving them a good understanding of what the training will look like.
Sarah Wallace , Recruitment Consultant
With a strong sales background, Sarah joined the company in 2012 to work in the recruitment sector of the business. Sarah has successfully built a good strong client base and supplies both permanent and temporary skilled labour to companies throughout the UK. She works on both multiple and individual recruitment and has worked with multinational companies. Sarah is passionate about find the right person for the right job and is committed to supporting both client and candidate throughout the recruitment process.
Alex Robertson, Trainer/Assessor
Alex joined HTES in 2013, bringing with him a strong background in training. He had previously worked on both commercial training and apprentices and has a good reputation in his field of work.
